Explaining the Challenges of the Iranian Health System in the Face of Future Aging: A Qualitative Study

Objectives: The goals of global growth the elderly population and ensuring health is a event one most important challenges system countries, especially developing countries Iran; In this regard, study was conducted to explain Iranian in face future aging. Methods & Materials: qualitative content analysis. A total 29 experts from various disciplines including geriatrics, psychology, social medicine, nursing, welfare, policy, care management economics participated study. data obtained semi-structured interview were classified by analysis method. Lincoln Guba criteria used assess validity. Results: identifying aging Two general concepts policy challenges, barriers related planning implementation, financial barriers, vision therapeutic Health educational individual identified, cultural value barriers. Conclusion: frequency variety increasing country according findings indicate critical state near future. Identifying these can be policymakers planners for any action.
